The smoky haze of the neon lit technodeco world of a rain city of the future. The Bladerunner hunt's for Replicates in the vast cities of Second Life.

Perhaps this is where new technologies like the Oculus Device, first envisioned in Ridley Scott's seminal master piece, "Blade Runner" will finally come to life.

Still experimenting with various viewers trying to get the best of both worlds my PC can deliver, Here the old and now defunct Exodus viewer rendering a rather nice

scene albeit with some post Photoshop work. Exodus can handle twice the render resolution as Firestorm at 6012 pixel wide and never crash, however it just cant handle mesh which only goes to sho how old it is. Some lovely Photography settings too!

A somewhat late Key / keyhole shot , this is the old door at Bookham church . Not used now as this shot was taken through an outer door like a pair of locked garden gates . The main entrance is now through a glass door at the end of the church under the bell tower ( now wheelchair friendly ) . This old door seems to be only opened for special occasions .

Good job I had the little GX1 as I would never have got the dslr lenses through the metal bars of the outer doors !!

Caledonian Railway Class 812 No.828: Owned by the CR828 Trust No. 828 was built by the Caledonian Railway at in 1899. The locomotive was designed by J. F. Mcintosh to handle a variety of stopping passenger and express goods workings and is now the flagship of the Strathspey Railway, Aviemore. 828 is visiting our railway until October. The Spa Valley Railway first started discussing the prospect of 828 visiting back in 2019 and we are extremely grateful to the Caledonian Railway 828 Trust and Strathspey Railway for making this visit possible.

This little cream pitcher is at Mom's house. I am not sure where it came from but I suspect it was once my paternal great grandmother's. The little handle is SO amazing, I thought it was perfect for the challenge!

Oops! I missed the deadline . . . we are central standard time zone! Well, anyway! For Smile on Saturday! - handle

few of us make it to a certain age in life without being just a little bit weather beaten, a bit rough around the edges and maybe dragging a few chains but then the sun comes shining and bright, chasing away any dark shadows that we might finally get a handle on it all......

This week on Crazy Tuesday: Car detail.

This was quite a hard decision, the chosen was the door handle of a 2021 Skoda Octavia.

Shot with a 55mm micro nikkor.
