In the village of Tampak Siring on the Indonesian island of Bali you can find some talented bone carvers. This dragon is made from deer bone. You can see the 'decay' in the teeth is actually the bone marrow.

I've been collecting stamps since I was child. I love to handle them with tweezers, observing their wonderful details under the lens. Definitively a macro world.

For the Smile on Saturday challenge: Handles.

Flying into Singapore today, I was struck afresh by the number of container ships all around it. A LinkedIn article says that Singapore handles 1,000 tons of cargo per minute.

This little cream pitcher is at Mom's house. I am not sure where it came from but I suspect it was once my paternal great grandmother's. The little handle is SO amazing, I thought it was perfect for the challenge!
