This is a portrait of a wild 'wood spirit' looking out from a piece of cottonwood bark. This is my own work. First 'face' I ever tried...
Handcrafted flower rings made out of copper and sterling silver. Each ring is hand painted and sealed with resin.

Whilst this photo does show some of the colors I've used, the actual beads are much nicer than shown. Peach aventurine in 2 shapes and a deep maroon agate. Non-tarnish goldplated wirework and 14k gold chains in 2 different configurations. Length approx 30" but adjustable on request.
This year the decerning snowman will wear kid-skin gloves, and an angora wool hat dyed cherry red. The jaunty little waistcoat is trimed with felt and dashingly tied with twine The ensemble is completed with an orange cashmir scarf.
It does not matter that the snowman does not have any legs, for these clothes are best modeled by standing still, and remember when on the snowwalk always wear your happy face, even though your nose might be unravelling.

A worker embroiders cloth in a 300 square feet workshop in Dharavi, Mumbai, in which 14 other men also live and work.
I made this pendant because I bought some fantastic faceted lemon quartz cubes. And I really love the fringe style. Just something to entertain myself, really.
Pure white faceted czech glass beads with rhodium links. The respite from the stark white is a pretty blue cloisonne bead with a maroon centre - it actually has a royal blue border and an inner ring of light blue before reaching the center which is maroon. This cloisonne has a layer of clear lacquer over it. Pewter toggle ends this pretty number.

ODC - HANDCRAFTED - 26th August - 1st September 2024 - My husband made me this vase a few years ago it's one of my favorites from him. I love how he left some of the bark on it, it's made from a Cascara tree we had to cut down in our yard, and the mat is made from recycled rope from old crab pots, by my sister-in-law!

I love these light aqua beads. I've used 2 different shapes - round and barrel with carvings. The beads are in various shades of aqua, light aqua. On the necklace itself there is also an aqua pearl finish glass bead with painted flowers. The interesting centerpiece has a light mocha briolette pearl and a lovely gold plated leaf.
This beauty is a one of a kind!! There are so many wonderful little details to it. It was hand knit using fine Noro wool yarn and then wet felted to create a strong fabric. It was felted in one piece (including the handles) so that it is sturdy and strong. The top of the bag has a slightly scalloped shape which leads up to the felted rings attached to the silver metal ring which attaches to the strap. Each of the felted rings is separate - there are 3 on each side. After the wet felting process, the zipper and snazzy satiny purple lining were securely hand sewn in and I also added a nice silvertone zipper pull. This bag is definitely an eye-catcher! I named it "Elton" because a co-worker of mine said it reminded him of Elton John.

This 9" x 6" x 3" “executive desktop box” is my first attempt at a “bandsaw box”. Sandwiched between a walnut front and back are laminated layers of pine and plywood. (I didn’t want to risk expensive exotic woods on my first attempt!) Six coats of boiled linseed oil were followed by four coats of wiping varnish (polyurethane plus boiled linseed oil). Finally, two coats of microcrystalline wax were applied. The box was handcrafted as a Christmas gift to my son who helped me move my new (and heavy) bandsaw into the basement.
