Just discovered this technique after years of fighting with eggs, drip by drip oil and the whole thing going "off".
Here all the ingredients (eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and all the oil) in a jug left for 10 minutes to get to the same temperature and then in with the hand blender. Start at the bottom, let it run a while then slowly pull it out. Done.
1. Roast garlic in oven. 2. Combine garlic with butter (I used a Kitchenaid handblender). 3. add grated asiago cheese and a little salt to taste. 4. Schmmear on bread slices. 5. Bake at 375 till the top is toasty. 6. Sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top to melt. 7. Eat and wait as eyes roll back in head from the sheer ecstasy. Because nothing is better than this.
