yes, all these colors in one skein! 300 yards of laceweight fabulousness.

knitted myself a new pair of cosy wristwarmers ready for the colder autumn days. Have written it up as a free pattern which you can download if you'd like to make some. See my profile for a link to my blog where there's info about downloading the pdf file.

Obviously the only way to wear them.

I made these over Christmas.

new simple scarf in progress

from the book "100 Flowers to Knit & Crochet" by Lesley Stanfield ... not just flowers, there are some fruit & veg and a few insects too

The Cherries are approx life sized when made in a 4ply (sock wt) yarn - The leaf is the "small" one from the same book.

I think these would make a lovely brooch ...

being naught and knitting from an unravelling project that didn't work out

with cat by my side

This top is made from bamboo yarn. I love it! :)

A custom order for Shelley, in fingering weight silk yarn.

I took photos of my jumper unblocked and with no buttons.

The pattern was super easy to follow and the Nepal yarn is a dream to knit with at a great price.

No mods whatsoever.

I didn’t want too many extra fit so I knitted size XS/S although I am a size M (38/40).

I made the jumper slightly longer so it would be between a jumper and tunic to wear over leggings.

Conclusion: I love my jumper!

Conclusão: adoro a minha camisola!

this is the "Common Blue Butterfly" but with a variegated yarn. It is really quite small just under 2" - 5cm across.

Easy and colorful jumper! Pattern is by Novita and it's here (in Finnish) www.novitaknits.com/fi/fi/neuleohjeet/naisen-neulepusero-...

Testing mittens for David (rav link). Poor David, he gives me a lovely Nordic two-color chart and I'm up to 4 colors, already.

The yarn is Rauma 3 ply Strikkegarn, which is bulletproof stuff.

Not my sweater. It's my aunt who has knitted it for my mum. I think this is the Greatest Sweater EVER, though, and I'm trying to hunt down a pattern. The pattern is Dale of Norway's Lillehammer 1994 sweater.

olive green spotty mug, caramelised apple green tea, guacamole yarn.

multi-color take on my most favorite pattern cardigan no1. The most super-simple cardigan to knit because you knit it top-down with a simple raglan increase. To make it a little more fit, I'm knitting simple increase/decrease where you would normally find the darts.
