Thanks to my hamstring injury we took this week off from marathon training and instead took a long walk at our usual running grounds. It was a gorgeous day, and we finally got to live the dream of bringing cameras over with us to the trail park. This is a view of the stretch of trail we call "The Arbor of Delight". This name was given before we did a lot of running there, because you know what is never a delight? Running here. It feels interminable and uphill in both directions. Looks are very deceiving here.

U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program SSG John Nunn competes in the men's 20-kilometer race walk at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Track & Field Team Trials on June 30 at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Nunn, who had already qualified for Team USA in the 50K race walk for the London Olympic Games, used the event as a training walk and stopped around the 10k mark with a nagging hamstring. New York Athletic Club's Trever Barron, a 19-year-old from Colorado Springs, Colo., won the 20-kilometer walk with an American record time of 1 hour, 23 minutes and .10 seconds. This weeks 52 Weeks project I managed to get my lard arse off the ground for a heel clicker shot. It was a one shot take as I damn near pulled a hamstring trying it.

haha, my pants are red, not pink by the way. (i kinda hate pink) i haven't done a cartwheel in a while, it kinda stretched my hamstring, i'm glad i didn't pull anything..haha(: well i like this picture (alot) but when i was editing it, it felt like something was missing...idk but i like it now!! :D
I actually was on the fall because my quads and hamstrings were so sore from my new workouts that I couldn't stand when I landed flexed!

i'm completely inept at sneaking up on birds. i tried to and managed to successfully get out of my car and onto the ground without spooking the flock, but a second later my hamstring cramped so that ended it. i tried stacking the teleconverters and it came out a little better than i expected.

April 16th - Day 106
Crazy lunch at Chilis.
Monday night basketball.
First game played poorly.
Second game scored a lot.
Three minutes left, pulled hamstring on a fast break.
No more basketball or anything active for a while.
