Such a great deal on the platters and bowls. $10 for everything, including shipping, from World Kitchen! 2 platters, 8 FREE bowls. I couldn't believe it. And not only that, but it only took 2 days to get here!
Billy picked up that little pumpkin at an antique store today because he knows I love vintage Halloween decorations :)

These are some more scarce hilarious oversized Halloween Costume Prop. They're General Malpractice Hospital, funny face syringe and, um, anal thermometer by Rubies. They're plastic, and the syringe does move up and down (althought difficult). I decline to comment on the anal thermometer with clothespin on his nose. They're 11 inch -12 inches, and I'm not sure when they were sold, but awhile ago. Maybe mid2000-s or 2010's..
Edited Library of Congress image of someone's Halloween decorations of pumpkins and straw.
I just noticed that the small pumpkins have nice, Halloween-y faces.

A little batty Halloween, something I made this year to decorate my house, blogged here: lisasteatime.blogspot.com/2011/10/little-batty-halloween....
I made a Halloween wreath for my front door! lol I hope this card looks like a front door; hence, the gold 'door knob'. I started by die cutting two different wreaths: one from black glitter cs and the other from purple cs. I then stamped the wreath pieces: pumpkins (Newton's Nook 'Pumpkin Latte') and candy corn (Avocado Arts), colored with Copics & fussy cut. I then laid out the wreath, pumpkins & candy corn like I wanted it and used press 'n seal to keep it together while I put the card itself together. I dry embossed the diamond pattern (Darice) to a light lavender cs and adhered it to a black slimline card. I then adhered the wreath with liquid glue. I die cut two small bats (Sizzix) from black glitter cs & adhered. I stamped the sentiment (MCT) with Versamark and white embossed on a strip of black cs & adhered at the bottom. And to finish, I added the gold half ball as a 'door knob'.

Eva in her Sharpey costume. I made the wide and dress for her and we were both really happy with how they turned out. I think this dress is going to get a lot of wear in the coming year!

This is a series of photos I took for BJDcollectasy.com for halloween this year! I made the bookcase and all the books myself, as well as repainting an old curio cabinet for doll use. Orpheus and St. George will be available hopefully this weekend. Miss Skalle is a unproduced prototype that seems to enjoy hanging around.
