I used to carry these lockpicks on my keychain, though I never really learned how to use them very well. But from growing up playing pen-and-paper RPGs where lockpicking was a tried and true skill, I was tempted to pick this set up in college and carry it around in the hopes that I'd use it sometime.
The kit looks a bit like a pocket-knife when closed, which did cause problems once or twice in airports. This was part of my motivation for no longer carrying them.
