I love motorcycles and I love rock! Who can say they rode to school their first day of kindergarten on one? That's what they tell me! I don't remember but I do know that my first boyfriend had a dirt bike and that I will never forget! Riding through the mountains and forests on the back of his bike. Those were the days!

The defensive structure that was already present when the town was founded by the Romans was integrated over time with towers and bastions. The Rocchetta (small castle) built by Egidio Albornoz in the 14th century is still visible, together with the Rocca (castle) of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta that was added in 1450.
The current structure of the monument is due to Giovanni della Rovere, Prince of Senigallia, and son-in-law of Federico III da Montefeltro, the Duke of Urbino. It was the Duke Federico who offered Giovanni the best architects of the time: Luciano Laurana and Baccio Pontelli. The works started in 1478 with the purpose of adapting the castle to the new defensive needs. In 1503 the Rocca was conquered by Cesare Borgia, the author of the famous massacre carried out in Senigallia and described by Niccolò Machiavelli.
Rocca Roveresca is a unique monument because it was not only a fortress, but also a noble palace, and the seat of an artillery academy founded by Guidubaldo della Rovere in 1533. After the extinction of the ducal dynasty, when the town returned under the domain of the Church in 1631, the castle was used as a papal prison and an orphanage.
Today it hosts art exhibitions and prestigious cultural events.

Como reconocer la voz de Dios - Estudio biblico de las 10 virgenes
Jesucristo dijo una vez: “ENTONCES el reino de los cielos será semejante á diez vírgenes, que tomando sus lámparas, salieron á recibir al esposo. Y las cinco de ellas eran prudentes, y las cinco fatuas. Las que eran fatuas, tomando sus lámparas, no tomaron consigo aceite; Mas las prudentes tomaron aceite en sus vasos, juntamente con sus lámparas” (Mateo 25:1-4). De este versículo vemos que, cuando esperaban el regreso del Señor, las vírgenes prudentes tomaron aceite en sus vasijas. Y por eso, no fueron dejadas de lado por el Señor y al final estuvieron en la fiesta del reino de los cielos con el Señor. Por lo general, después de leer estas escrituras, los hermanos y las hermanas piensan en su imaginación que si leemos la Biblia con frecuencia, velamos y oramos, somos leales al Señor, trabajamos para el Señor y difundimos más el evangelio, somos como las vírgenes prudentes que guardaban el aceite. Y entonces, cuando el Señor regrese, festejaremos junto con Él. Sin embargo, ¿la manera en que el Señor aprobó a las vírgenes prudentes es la que nosotros pensábamos? Miremos hacia atrás a la Era de la Ley. Antes que Jesucristo comenzara su obra, los escribas y los fariseos esperaban la venida del Mesías. Ellos no sólo conocían la Biblia, sino que también se apegaban a las leyes y los mandamientos, a menudo oraban a Dios y más aún, viajaban por tierra y por mar para difundir la obra de Dios. Si es como lo imaginamos, los fariseos que obraban de esta manera estaban preparando el aceite y estaban más que calificados para recibir al Mesías y recibir la salvación de Dios. Sin embargo, ¿cuál fue el hecho? Cuando Jesucristo vino a hacer su obra, los fariseos no reconocieron que Él era el Mesías, pero en su lugar, guardaron el nombre del Mesías, y resistieron y rechazaron la obra de Cristo Jesús; finalmente, lo crucificaron y por eso fueron condenados y castigados. Del hecho de que los fariseos rechazaron a Dios y fueron castigados, podemos ver que para calificar como una virgen prudente no alcanza con leer más la Biblia, velar y orar, aferrar el camino de Dios y trabajar más para el señor.
