A Hartwell Railroad Freight Train is seen here coming into Toccoa, GA., to interchange with Norfolk Southern before heading back south to Bowersville, GA.
45052 is at the head of Hertfordshire Rail Tours 1Z37 "The Avon Lady", the train is at Stratford-upon-Avon.
The tour was from St Pancras to Leicester with 45110, the loco was changed for 45052 which ran from Leicester to Stratford via Tyseley and the North Warwickshire Line.
The return trip used the Bearley to Hatton North Junction route then Solihull to Birmingham New Street. The train then went via Bescot and Walsall and along the Hendnesford line to Rugeley and Stafford. The return to Marylebone took in the Bletchley flyover and Claydon L&NE Junction.
45052 was built at Crewe Works as D75, it entered service 02/12/1960. The loco was withdrawn 08/06/1988 and cut at M.C. Metals (Springburn) 25/09/1991
