I chose to do a royal Hare to mark the year of the Queens platinum jubilee, I thought it would be a fun way for children to relate to this historical event.
There is a new art trail in Southampton and Winchester this summer. For ten weeks Hares of Hampshire will bring thirty-two large hares and forty-two leverets to the streets, parks, galleries and shops of the two cities.
All money raised by donations and by the auction of the hares at the end of the summer will go to the Murray Parish Trust.

HR 8799 is a star located 129 light-years (40 pc) away in the constellation of Pegasus. The designation HR 8799 is the star's identifier in the Bright Star Catalogue. In November 2008, Christian Marois of the Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics and his team announced that they had directly observed three planets (b,c and d) orbiting the star with the Keck and Gemini telescopes in Hawaii. The outer planet orbits just inside a dusty disk like the Solar Kuiper belt. It is the most massive disk known of any star within 300 light years of Earth, and there is room in the inner system for terrestrial planets.
