Griffin Drill Rig and Construction Workers Installing Methane Gas Extraction Wells in Kentucky.
The crew constructed and installed 24 methane gas extraction wells made of 8” PVC pipe at depths ranging from 60-99ft in depth. The extraction wells were tied into the landfill’s existing system by means of 4” HDPE pipe buried in the topsoil.

I painted the helmet with fusion gloss white.After about two weeks i used T-cut to take any overspray off which also gave it a very deep shine.

Fused plastic fabric in transparent (LDPE laundromat bags), translucent green (LDPE laundromat garment bag), translucent white (HDPE grocery store produce bags), and opaque white (HDPE Walmart shopping bags).
This is part of the DPRG / Dallas Makerspace Earth Day series of projects. The bigger plan is to create wearable garments from this fabric and field an entry in the EPA Earthfest recycled fashion show. We'll be demoing the results at Oak Cliff Earth Day.

Crews replaced a failing culvert, that was causing a sinkhole on SR 4 near Loop Road in Wahkiakum County. The pipe used to construct the old culvert was corroded and no longer directing water away from a nearby slope. On Thursday, June 15, crews finished installation of a new culvert made of thick, heavy plastic, which will last longer and reduce long-term maintenance costs. Culverts collect water runoff and help prevent water from settling under the surface of the roadway, which extends the life of the sub-surface roadway structure.
