Här är mitt bidrag till fotosöndag´s vecko utmaning - denna vecka så var det solo.
Ja, ja så jag tog några kreativa beslut och använde mig av min hjälte när jag var liten - Han Solo - som mitt tema. Det var en tid sedan jag fotade mina spel pjäser (dessa kommer från Disney Infinity) och använde min rökmaskin (än en gång så hjälpte min tålmodiga fru mig) . Det var roligt att förvandla vardagsrummet till ett rymdkrig även om det bara var en liten stund.
Here comes my contribution to fotosöndag's weekly challenge - this week the theme is solo.
OK OK so I took some creative decisions and used my childhood hero - Han Solo - as my theme lol. It's been a while since I've photoed some of my gaming statues (these ones are from Disney's Infinity) and used the smoke machine (once again operated by my patient wife) so it was fun to turn the living room into a space battle for a while.
FOR THE REALIZATION OF THIS PHOTOGRAPH, WE HAVE USED A SIMPLE REAL LASER (FOR ASTRONOMY)...

The Battle of Hoth, also known as the attack on Hoth, the assault on Echo Base, or the attack on Echo Base, was a major battle fought in 3 ABY and was considered a major victory for the Galactic Empire and the single worst battlefield defeat suffered by the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War. The battle was an Imperial invasion led by Darth Vader, aimed at destroying the Rebel Alliance's Echo Base hidden on the remote ice world Hoth and capturing Luke Skywalker. The base's location was discovered when a Viper probe droid, deployed by Darth Vader's Death Squadron randomly landed on Hoth, convincing the Rebels to begin an evacuation of Hoth.
Hello my batfamily.
So as some of you may know i'm doing my own Millennium Falcon but what is a ship without his pilot ??? I was thinking about buying 75105 Han but he doesn't look right so i started doing my own which eventually lead me to do Finn aswell.
Starting with Han he's 100% painted by me no printed mf parts at all,the jacket is a custom made one with construction paper the rest is painted,i think the like-ness to Harrison is there not identical but i think is fine (atleast better than TLG's one),also his blaster is based after the E:VII one.
Now Finn was pretty simple to do,black pants,black shirt..but the jacket was the most interesting part to do aswell as the hair piece.I'm really happy with them overall.
So there ya go guys two possible candidates for #starwarsjacketspeculation & another two members from the "new crew" of the Falcon.

Removable prison door as part of my Death Star Detention Block Diorama MOC.
Recreate the daring rescue by Luke, Han and Chewie to free the imprisoned Princess from A New Hope with my new LEGO brick diorama. The model includes 2084 pieces and features a hidden mechanism that allows the prison cell door to be removed. An all-black frame makes for a premium display 😀.

In Assault on Hoth, snowtroopers are divided into two categories as part of the game mechanics: light snowtroopers and heavy snowtroopers, the former operating on foot and the latter operating an E-Web heavy repeating blaster.

The Mandalorian - Episode 8
"...In the episode, the reprogrammed droid IG-11 rescues Baby Yoda after Stormtroopers murder Kuiil and attempt to deliver the Child to new villain Moff Gideon. IG-11 brutally kills the Imperials and steals one of their speeder bikes, strapping Baby Yoda to its chest and taking it on a joyride/killing spree that puts a smile on the youngster's face.
These will definitely be memes in the future; the look of joy on the Child's face as IG-11 speeds on that bike through the Nevarro wastes is simply adorable..."

So I spent some time tweaking my DL-44 model for BrickFair and figured I would take a couple more pictures.
You'll probably notice first that the muzzle is now all black instead of the light gray I had originally. This model is based off the weapon Han Solo uses in the Force Awakens, which has a black muzzle.
I also made the scope a little more sleek, specifically smoothing out the rounded parts that stick up for adjustment and attaching it to the weapon.
Lastly, I reinforced the entire gun in order to make it more sturdy, especially the handle. I can wave it around almost as much as I want.

Snowtroopers are stormtroopers trained for operations in arctic conditions and equipped with specialized gear to protect them against cold. When deployed, snowtroopers wear breath heaters and protective hoods, insulated suits and belt capes, rugged boots, heating units and survival backpacks.
During the Battle of Hoth, snowtroopers under General Veers’ command were deployed from AT-AT Walkers and quickly and ruthlessly took control of Echo Base.

Tauntauns were a species of non-sentient reptomammals native to the snowy plains of Hoth.
They were used by members of the Rebel Alliance after they domesticated some of them when they built their new headquarters on Hoth. Jabba Desilijic Tiure kept a stuffed tauntaun head in his palace beside Han Solo, who was at the time frozen in carbonite.
Tauntaun's thick skin helped them survive the icy conditions on Hoth that few other creatures could. Sure-footed and furry, the tauntauns were well adapted to the daytime temperature on Hoth, although they could not handle the chilling extremes of the night, which often reached below −60°C.
They had scaly skin beneath their heavy layers of fur and secreted thick, pungent oils to attract mates. Tauntauns had two sets of nostrils, one large and one small. The large set was used for maximum oxygen intake during intense physical activity, while the small set was used during inactive periods and grazing, to keep out snow. Tauntauns could also alternate breathing between the two sets of nostrils, allowing them to regulate body heat.
Their long claws helped them climb icy surfaces and scrape away lichen and small ice plants which often grew in glacial caves and grottos, the crevices serving as their homes due to heat from the planet's core often coming up through the openings. Sunlight that passed through the ice of the caves allowed the small plants to grow, thus providing a source of food for the creatures.
In the wild, tauntauns often traveled in packs of 25, and could burrow into the snow for warmth. Their tails helped to keep balance while running.
The creatures had an odor that was unpleasant to humans due to layers of fatty blubber that helped them acclimate to the temperatures of Hoth, but was apparently nothing compared to the smell from the inside of a fresh tauntaun corpse.

Despite what the internet has been saying, I found Solo to be a really fun movie. So fun that I decided to break out the Legos and make a homage to it. Perhaps shoving them into a cheese grater was a bit of an odd idea, but this entire shot came together in less than three hours from when I got the idea to when I finished shooting it, so I'll count that as a success.

Many people have asked me how do I do these spaceship photographs. My answer is this: I take a camera and I photograph what I see. This is on our backyard in April 2013.
No, I wish it was that simple. This is a shot that I did not know how to process at the time I shot it and I abandoned it. I found it this weekend but I could not find the RAW format originals anymore, I guess I tossed them in frustration. So, I thought it might be a good idea to try to salvage this using what I had. And bingo! I realized what I'd done wrong almost a year ago, and after that epiphany this was not that difficult a composite anymore.
The lesson we learn from this: never throw out anything, buy more memory instead.

“Fly Me to the Moon” is a popular standard song written by Bart Howard in 1954. It was originally titled “In Other Words”, and was introduced by Felicia Sanders in cabarets. The song became known popularly as “Fly Me to the Moon” from the first line of the B verse, and after a few years the publishers changed the title to that officially.
Frank Sinatra recorded the best known version on the album It Might as Well Be Swing (1964), accompanied by Count Basie. This version was arranged by Quincy Jones who changed the time signature from ¾ waltz-time to 4/4 and gave it a looser, swing feel. AT-STs were commonly used to screen the flanks of larger assault walkers for major ground operations. The Empire used them for swift reconnaissance and troop support. As such, they were essential for cleaning up minor resistance along the path of a planned invasion route, and could quickly eliminate any small threats that evaded an AT-AT's barrage. The walker was commonly used on anti-personnel hunting missions, and was piloted by two AT-ST drivers with superior skills of balance and agility.
I got this figure a while back, but I recently looked up the Legends canon and I am very impressed. While I know, we won’t be getting a movie with this character it’s a shame, because she is kinda badass. I also created a Thrawn custom, because I absolutely loved him in Rebels.
After the fighting, the empire deploys its large shuttles with troops to collect the remains of the rebels and all their technology, including weapons.
