An unglam photo taken after my workout run today after work. Half way through my run I felt that today I might be able to push a little harder and go a little further. So I tried, and was happy to be able to achieve just a little over 11 km in 71 min. Definitely my best run currently.

After my run yesterday morning. Did 10.4 km in 71 mins. Still able to keep up with my standard. I have come a long way from how I was back then, and I there's still lots of room for me to improve. So I keep working on it. A little every time.
