After 3 weeks plus of brutally hectic and busy work schedules, I finally got some some quality time to rest and workout. Although I try to workout whenever I can, I only exercised 2 times during that 3 weeks plus. So it felt really great to get back into on track with a bootcamp training done on Sunday, some light workout with weights at home on Monday, and followed by today's workout in the gym. Took it easy and did 6.15 km in 40mins. After the run I did a few laps in the pool to finish it off. All that just right before lunch. Feels great.
