Yesterday evening on the South Downs near Brighton.
I've just joined Shoreham Art Gallery (www.shorehamgallery.co.uk), where you can see a selection of my local images along with work from many talented local artists representing different disciplines. Do come in and say hello when you're in Shoreham, you might find me there too. A different selection of my South Downs photos, all on large format canvases, is now also available at WashedAshore in Brighton's Open Market.

Scarf knitted up from my handspun singles, merino/soysilk from Greenery, by Funky Carolina . Knitted this in a matter of hours on the plane out to California. Possibly one of the most fun, satisfying knits, evah!!
Two notes about the scarf: 1) unfortunately, I don't have any pics of the yarn before it was knitted up because it was drying before I left for my trip and I didn't have time for pics before I had to wind it up and take it with me; and 2) the scarf was totally inspired by seeing the coolest scarf that Molly Miller knitted up! So cool that I had to make one too. Thanks for the inspiration Molly!
Well!!! Guy’s

On the campus of the Lodz University of Technology there is such an interesting sculpture among the greenery.
Unfortunately, I could not determine the author or the name of the work. Nevertheless, it has some kind of magnetism. That's why I present this sculpture to you.
Greenery
Instead of just one wall
I want to paint these four walls
With all the green paint chips
From the Home Depot
And plant some red poppies
To sway in the bed
And make me fade away like Dorothy in dreams,
Outsmarting a witch,
And finding that man
Behind the curtain.

The greenery opens up to glass, the trail leads to a reflection of the horizon.
This path is part of a park in East Cambridge, set between multiple apartment and office buildings. It's a nice, peaceful break from the city, but I found the interplay of nature and urban, of the green trees and glass, very fascinating.
A fun fact, the office building at the end of the path is in fact the Philips headquarters for North America!
