Decided on a trip to Kielder Reservoir & Forest today, hoping my film shots come out as good if not better than these 2 from my girlfriend's Nikon D3100 (my Canon was dead, typical) once the film is processed there will be more to follow from my Nikon F55
Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park is a small park that also touches about four miles of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in Port Richey, FL in western Pasco County. There are so many opportunities to see animals in the natural habitat including gray fox, alligators, gopher tortoises, and endless species of birds.
Also, make yourself at home with the beautiful greenery that surrounds the whole park

The mystic, looking-off-into-the-distance gaze, with lovely greenery in the background and a slightly open mouth.
Mmmmmkay.
The view that I was looking at though? Gorgeous. I went to Pentwater this weekend, right on the coast of Lake Michigan (did not bring the laptop with me, which wouldn't have helped me in uploading photos because of no internet, which I in fact did not mind at all).
I also swung on a tire swing in the rain.
Greenery on a tree in the town square. I snapped the photo during the Rumba on the Lumber festival. My wife and I usually go together to this event but she had to work. I still took the camera and snapped a few pictures at the festival.
Along with about 10 other members of the Western Maryland Photographers Association I participated in the Third Annual Worldwide Photowalk on July 24, 2010. This was my first walk with the group. It was an extremely hot day, even at 6pm when the walk started. Luckily there was a breeze and the weather was tolerable.
Our group started at the Upper Platform of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Station in the Historic District of Cumberland, Allegany County, Maryland, United States.
We headed up an Alley parallel to Washington Street....then onto Washington Street, Prospect Square, down to Lee Street, around to Greene Street towards George Washington Headquarters. We walked across the foot bridge over Will's Creek returning to the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Station at approximately 9pm.
I think everyone who participated enjoyed the walk. I'm certain there were a lot of wonderful photos taken and memories made!
