Times have sure changed since I grew up on a farm. The great equipment with air conditioned cab and probably a G.P.S. driving it. If you view large you can see the driver talking on a cell phone.

My wife and I took a brief tour of the Palouse yesterday. I was looking for some wheat harvest in progress but couldn't find any activity. Some fields looked done, and others looked ready. But no one was out there harvesting. I had my R6 with me, but I got this shot with my drone.
NS 40N hustles eastbound by Main Street in Suffolk, VA. The sporadic grain trains for NPBL have been hard to pin down but appear to be running more frequently during this season.

I may not have got the exposure perfect on this or in focus but I still loved that I took this with one of the oldest and coolest camera I ever used. The Yashica TL Electro X and the M43 mount lens (Yashinon-DX 50mm f1.7
). I'm ok with the grain because Tri-X grain is just exquisite in my opinion. Love the texture it adds.
