May 12, 2022 - The College of Education (CoE) held its Graduate Celebration at the Barnes Center Thursday afternoon. Students, faculty, and family were invited to attend for socializing and celebrating. MA ILTUS graduates and their families and friends gathered at Ruskin College on Sat 24th August 2013 to attend their graduation event. Graduates flew in from Ireland and Cyprus to join their UK counterparts in celebrating the achievement of their MA award. The MA certificates were awarded to the students by Alex Gordon, President of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT). The event marked two years’ of hard work on the part of the students. One of the students graduating was Ruskin’s own Nigel Williams, Co-ordinator of the College’s TUC centre. MA ILTUS Programme Co-ordinator, Ian Manborde, spoke of his immense appreciation for the hard work of the students in completing the MA and of his pleasure in watching the students graduate.
