This is a scratched cd that I was about to toss out, but I thought I would get a pic first, after wetting it, I used a 2D mask from a program called Photo Explosion, then I made the mask edges gradient from Electric Blue to Grass Green. I like the way it turned out. I might have to rethink more trash before I throw it away. I also did lay the wet cd on a small piece of metallic blue fabric, but with the Macro setting on my camera, the blue cloth is now seen like it would be under a microscope.

My felted wallets are crocheted from 100% wool yarn at a loose gauge and then put through several machine washing cycles which shrink each wallet into a solid piece of felt. These are then shaped, steamed and allowed to air dry before I carefully hand sew a decorative button and a nickel plated snap to each one.
