Gradient = change in Y over the change in X

Added Hero Arts little stamps to the CAS-ual Fridays circle border stamp.

This sunset would have been wonderful if not for the massive cloud bank on the horizon.

I really like these berries and their colors!

I love this - want to use it as a background for something, some time. Wish it were a fabric!

Here's an experiment i did on a picture i took this morning, was a clear winters morning with the sun rising behind the CN tower. Nice billowing smoke going into a crystal clear blue sky.

So i did the usual, levels, etc.. Then i put a gradient in, white, from bottom to top, so i could lighten the city.....not sure why, i just thought i'd play with it....

A couple of days ago, the sky looked absolutely brilliant. I had to take pictures, even though I couldn't get high enough over the buildings in my neighborhood. I think the silhouette gives it an interesting twist. :)

Spun up 4 oz FLUFFfibers 80/20 superwash merino silk in Half the World (High Society Club April 2010 club variegated fiber) into two matching gradient skeins for mitts.

The color pattern was blue-green-brown-green-blue. I split it right in the middle and spun each half from brown to blue, over the fold, sometimes short forward draw and sometimes modified long draw, and then navaho-plied them.
