The big finale to 2 hours of an intense (aka super sweaty/non-huggable) cardio workout. We were so proud of everyone who came out and stuck it out to the end.All of this happened because Miss Claudia had a vision and made it happen. Bravo! Can't wait until our next Combat-a-thon!

Beer and school. Many a homework assignment has been done at this table.
GoodLife Descender IPA, nice and hoppy, fresh and springy.
There are some who say beer "saved the world." Is it because of the natural antibiotic properties of hops? Is it because it made life more bearable? Is it the economic impact on the world? Beer was safer to drink than water...it contains electrolytes, natural antibiotic properties and well...it attracts a buddy and we all know how good that is for quality of life.
Any way you look at it, beer is a meal in a glass and if we consider the biotic and abiotic world here, we can see the obvious abiotic glass, table, and tablet. And when we consider the biotic we can consider the biotic BEER! But do we consider the biotic effects it has on this person? This person who sits with another person? Can we consider the biotic effects of the abiotic educational materials this person is reading? FOOD for thought, anyway. :-)
