Sữa non là nguồn thực phẩm tốt nhất cho trẻ cho sơ sinh, mặc dù chỉ chỉ với số lượng ít nhưng cũng đủ để trẻ được bảo vệ một cách tốt nhất. Tuy nhiên, nhiều người mẹ lại lo lắng và đặc ra câu hỏi có nên dùng sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh hay không? Bài viết này sẽ có câu trả lời cho các mẹ.
Sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh có tác dụng gì?
Sữa non hay còn gọi là sữa đầu tiên, vì đây là dòng sữa đầu từ các bà mẹ. Sữa non sánh, có màu vàng nhạt, đặc nhưng cực nhiều chất dinh dưỡng. Sữa con có tác dụng bảo vệ hệ miễn dịch của bé, giúp bé bổ sung dinh dưỡng, chống viêm nhiễm và nhiều căn bệnh khác.
Bên cạnh đó, sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh còn chứa nhiều vitamin A giúp phòng ngừa các bệnh liên quan đến mắt và hạn chế tình trạng vàng da ở bé. Sữa chứa ít lactose, các vitamin hòa tan trong nước ít hơn sữa bình thường. Tuy nhiên, sữa non chứa nhiều protein, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K.
Không dừng lại ở đó, trong sữa non còn chứa nhiều chất khoáng như : Fe, Zn,… Qua đó, chúng ta có thể khẳng định một điều, nếu bé ko được bú sữa non của mẹ thì đó là điều thiệt thòi không hề nhỏ.
Có nên cho bé sơ sinh sử dụng sữa non ?
Đây chắc chắn là câu hỏi các mẹ quan tâm nhất phải không ạ? Mặc dù, các mẹ đều biết biết sữa non cực tốt cho bé, nhưng không phải bà mẹ nào cũng có sữa về ngay cho con bú trong những ngày đầu tiên.
Nếu mẹ không thể cho bé bú sữa non trong những ngày đầu tiên. Thì sau này có thể bổ sinh dinh dưỡng qua các loại sữa non có trên thị trường khác. Tuy nhiên, các mẹ lưu ý là sữa non chỉ nên sử dụng cho bé trên 6 tháng tuổi như một nước uống bổ sung dinh dưỡng, sữa mẹ hay công thức.
Đối vớii những bé dưới 6 tháng tuổi, dù sữa non của mẹ chưa về cũng không nên cho trẻ sơ sinh sử dụng sữa non pha sẵn. Bởi vì trong đó chỉ bổ sung kháng thể thôi, chất dinh dưỡng không thể so sánh dc với sữa mẹ hay sữa công thức.
Sữa non trên thị trường được làm từ gì ?
Sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh trên thị trường hiện nay dù là dạng bột, dạng viên, dạng nhai hay dạng nước thì đều được làm từ sữa bò cả. Nguyên nhân là sữa bò chứa nhiều hàm lượng kháng thể như IgA, IgG, IgM. Bên cạnh đó, sữa bò còn nhiều thành phần dinh dưỡng khác mà sữa dê hay ngựa không thể so sánh.
Không chỉ người mới có sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh, bò hay dê đều có sữa non nhé các mẹ. Nếu người chỉ tiết ra một ít sữa non thì bò lại sản xuất lượng sữa lớn hơn rất nhiều. Đó là lý do mà sữa non trên thị trường thường được sản xuất từ sữa bò.
Có một số trẻ không dung nạp lactose thì các mẹ nên lựa chọn sữa non đã tách chất này. Cần quan tâm điều nay nhé các mẹ, vì nó tốt cho hệ tiêu hóa và sức khỏe của bé.
Những loại sữa non cho trẻ sơ sinh thông dụng trên thị trường hiện nay
Hiện nay, trên thị trường có rất nhiều những loại sữa non như : Sữa non Goodhealth, sữa non Similac, sữa non Mama, sữa non Frezzi, sữa non Coloskids,… Mẹ có thể tham khảo những loại sữa này để lựa chọn phù hợp cho con.

This booklet was a promotional piece that depicted a journey to good health through right living and was used to market Postum Cereal products.
The "Road to Wellville" campaign capitalized on a national interest in clean eating and wellness. It sold the idea that consuming Postum, along with other products like Grape-Nuts and Post Toasties, could set a family on the path to health, success, and happiness. The campaign was part of a broader health movement at the time, which was led by figures like Charles W. Post and the Kellogg brothers in Battle Creek, Michigan.
The ad with children being happiest in "Wellville" reflects this health and wellness campaign that was quite influential in the early 20th century. It's interesting to see how these early marketing strategies were intertwined with lifestyle and dietary advice, promoting a vision of ideal health and well-being.
