Its incredible how s my passion for photography, last Saturday 8th Agust. i woke up around 3.30 am to get a glass of water, and throught the kitchen glasswindow i saw a white light coming from above, went to the inside patio and saw origin of this light...decide to get my gear, my camera and telezoom...got a couple of pictures around 6 or 7. Then download them just with a minor crop and trimm, here 's the result...its 4,18am and im sleepy but very sure of this: God i love photography!!!
This image is part of my Personal Photography Project at Staffordshire University towards my exhibition. The idea behind the project is a voyeuristic idea of looking in on people and their daily lives. Though they may look natural all the scenes are staged.
I'd very much appreciate your thoughts and opinions on this image.

I am here in New York for my reading week 2010 and so decided to do some touristy stuff and explore the city and go shopping with my friends who attend university here. Amongst the many Art Deco treasures in Napier are the original glass features on many of the stores. This is on the Harstons Building (I think), designed by E A Williams in 1932, when the original building, badly damaged in the 1931 earthquake, was reinforced and rebuilt.
Cathedral of Asti - Piedmont - Italy
The cathedral is a splendid example of Gothic Piemontese architecture. It is dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta and San Gottardo, built between 1309 and 1354 on the ruins of the former cathedral. Splendid frescoes and paintings by Gandolfino da Roreto and by Gugliemo Caccia are preserved inside it.
The Royal Danish Library, held over seven stories, not only contains traditional library functions such as four reading rooms, but also a concert hall, exhibition galleries, bookshop, café and restaurant.
The atrium is actually 24 meters high, and from this viewpoint, the balconies appear wave-like akin to a guitar......

I have recently been photo-exploring several old abandoned cabins on USFS property here in Santa Barbara county. A few years ago the USFS leases finally ran out on these ramshackle cabins dating back to the 1920's. I came around the corner on one and saw this beautifully pierced window. I found the patterns of shape and color in the glass to be quite fascinating...79 shots later, I have settled on these four images. I may add more later. I know it's a departure from my typical landscape shots, but diversity is the spice of life ;-)
I noticed this highlight inside the cabin coming from a different light source. I shot if a few times, then realized it could be interesting to line it up with the hole in the glass.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saints Vitus, Wenceslaus and Adalbert (Czech: metropolitní katedrála svatého Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha) is a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Up to 1997, the cathedral was dedicated only to Saint Vitus, and is still commonly named only as St. Vitus Cathedral.
This cathedral is an excellent example of Gothic architecture and is the biggest and most important church in the country. Located within Prague Castle and containing the tombs of many Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors, the cathedral is under the ownership of the Czech government as part of the Prague Castle complex.[1] Cathedral dimensions are 124 × 60 meters, the main tower is 96.5 meters high, front towers 82 m, arch height 33.2 m.[2]

Speyer was a student of Mies and the International Style. The house rests on raised pylons like the Farnsworth House. There is privacy in the ravine setting and the 25 x 40 living room has plate glass windows on three sides to connect with the outside view. The exterior also has natural cypress siding. The other building on the property is a car pavilion jutting out over the ravine on steel pilings, which could not be built today because of zoning laws. This was a later addition done by Speyer's student David Haid. But this building was most famous for the Ferrari crash scene in Ferris Bueller. The Roses made no changes to the design and lived here until this past year.
