In an effort to jump-start some creativity, I'm resuming a project I began long ago: a song-by-song visual representation of each track off The Postal Service's acclaimed album Give Up. When I first had this idea, I wasn't ready to really throw my own style and ideas at it, but I feel like now is the time. The first piece, "We Will Become Silhouettes" is already completed and will be uploaded soon, but I'm just about as happy with even this title image as I could possibly be.
This is a Narrative Photography project I did for a film photography class. I used a 35mm Canon camera. Tri-x 36 ex. film with an ISO of 400. (They are a bit grainy because of the ISO and because of my scanner)
Finally, in the final year at college with no exams, I've had a chance to notice the kind of strategies people employ to score in the exams. Didn't really know studying with your eyes shut was also an alternative. Yeah, studying for endsems can be tiring.
Given that it's his first endsem season, this "freshie" has really picked up the art at a very early stage.
Entire IIT Bombay set.
I love this.
It's on my Joyce Meyer calendar for this month.
That rose is a year and a half old.
From my uncles funeral.
A bought a new note book at chapters! I only got it because it has a quote from Winston Churchill. I swear I'm too patriotic for my own good.
One more shot of the world famous Blackrock Cottage on Rannoch Moor with Buchaille Etive Mor in the background. Mine is unique though, can you tell what the difference is? Give you three guesses...giveup? It's the rock in the foreground, no one else has this rock in their shots because I took it up there with me and dumped it in a loch afterwards so ha!

Friday 27th June
These earrings were £1.
Can you believe that?? Well I thought it was silly anyway. I love them.
It occured to me today that sometimes things that are worth so much more will sell far too cheaply.
I dont want to sell myself short but i have no perception of whats a right or wrong move anymore. If I dont try, I get nowhere, but when I do try, it always seems to backfire or i do it all the wrong way.
Oh I dont know why ive started feeling like this, nothing in particular has brought it on...I give up! XD
I wish i understood myself better!
Leaver's Ball tonight! Not overly looking forward to it though..just not in the mood, yknow? Oh well, girls night out might make it all better. :)
bound by things i can change...hurt by feelings i cant blame..i have to live it ..i need to live with it..sm things feel good inside..though hurt for a lil while...

Well, I was afraid this day would come. Not the day that I missed a photo of the day for Project365, because I've done that before. But today is the day that I bow my head in shame of admission that I am throwing in the towel for Project365 for year 2010. Too much and too little has been going on. Hey, at least I got one year in. And what a year last year was.
