I was just listening to Postal Service's "Give Up" on NYE with some friends and thinking about how much time has passed since then...I remember moving to Chicago from Buffalo, NY where I went to university back in 2001 then right away 911 happened and Give Up as well as PJ Harvey's Stories From the City, Stories From the Sea on repeat to try to gain a sense of what was actually happening in our world. I feel like our world is still pretty mixed up and messy and it hasn't gotten any better since then but it's amazing to me how much time has passed since that album came out...feels just like yesterday.

For a while I have been struggling of how I will go on with my photography journey. There seems to be sort of a ''deadlock'' that does not go where I wish it should go, or I feel stucked in a maze where no door seem to exist..Not only in my hobby but in my real life I feel the same too..I do not wish to say goodbye yet; but I think I need to take a Break..I will still be here-following your lovely works, but it seems that I will not share something for a while; nor I may not be taking any photos for a while either..

The proof was just dropped off on my doorstep! Very excited about this, and so far it looks great. There are some changes that will need to be made and another proof run off, so that puts the printing about 2 weeks out.
It's Sunday evening...and the inevitability of going to work tomorrow morning has put me in a funk...I am not in love with my current job...it's time for a change

I do, as well. Mostly because I spent the majority of today tidying up my CV (which took forever), and then writing cover letters for various jobs. I'm telling you, this "Graduating" thing is hard!
In front is the sky, surrounded by dark clouds. I drop soul through photography, as words can not describe.
When the day ended it was a doomsday..
Day five of my Jar Project! The words were dark cloud and infinite. And I know this is really cliché and this is the same location and I’m in the same dress as here , where you can also read about my Jar Project if you don’t already know, but I like the idea. Anyway, I think I wear that dress whenever I want to do B&W pictures ;D
So this was taken on… Thursday, July 28th. Oh and um, thanks for the 3,000+ views on my photostream! And also thanks for the positive response on my project! I hope it continues :D I don’t know if I’ve been tagged so I’m leaving for now! Don’t entirely like this, it definitely isn’t perfect nor too good.

Oh, yeah, my cloud looks so much better than over here. Yes, my editing skills have improved. I'm proud :3 Oh and I did this edit on like four pictures before I picked my favorite. That's why it took me so long! In addition to that, I had a mental break down on Friday and a bowl of cookie dough on Saturday. ^-^
