Julian's images have encouraged me to look at my images in a different way.... Going through some older shots, I found this one and thought "never give up" was kinda fitting - life can be found growing in all sorts of places... nature doesn't give up.
I found this grass growing through the tarmac of an old air-strip.

We had a heavy snow-storm yday n today.. snow is already accumulated to nearly 10 inches and is expected to go upto 16 inches. Was watching outside my window and this little girl was trying hard to go to school.. felt her sincerity is adorable and here she is to inspire all of us..
... I guess everyone dreams about development. #Development is an essence of our nature, but sometimes we forget that behind big changes there are many small, little and sometimes really elementary steps and because we want big changes without focusing on this little steps big changes never happened...
So, I wish you my friends simple and clear steps in your own way to the big development in your own life, just be focused on this little steps and everything gonna happened on time. That's probably why climbing and any activity where you have to cross checkpoints anyhow the best trainer how to keep your eye on simple steps, how to keep going with an effort, how to get your simple checkpoint even though you are out of energy and about to give up...
