Countryside around Turin - 2015
A view of the countryside around Turin from a little airplane. Wonderful geometries with nature colors in full spring time
His way had therefore come full circle, or rather had taken the form of an ellipse or a spiral, following as ever no straight unbroken line, for the rectilinear belongs only to Geometry and not to Nature and Life
[Hermann Hesse]
A ceiling structure with wonderful geometry, curves and lines
My attempt at something different and linear/artistic.....
I couldn't decide which version I would show you, so I made a diptych. Left you see this origami-tessellation "Geometry" in normal light and on the right backlit.
It is the other side of my tessellation 'New Eyes' and also the extended version of 'Face 2'.
Folded from a hexagon 33 cm, grid 1:64, 'Anett'-paper.
If you are interested to see more, have a look at my tessellation album Origami - Tessellation Progression".
CSXT 6025 leads a geometry train across the Trout River toward Yulee, FL, in the evening sun. It was sunny right up to the moment when the train entered the bridge when a cloud showed up to try and ruin the day. Somehow the cloud cleared with not even seconds to spare for a nice and sunny shot; you can see the last car and bridge in the background are still in the shade. Some luck on this one, thanks to the other Henry for the heads up!
ENG: I was inspired by my child's math "geometry and symmetry" homeschooling lessons. So I missed the Deutsche Bahn skyscraper "DB-Tower" at Potsdamer Platz a narrow architectural atrium via Affinity Photo.
The Traintower (own spelling: BahnTower) was opened in 2000 and is the headquarters of Deutsche Bahn "DB" in Berlin. The building is located at Potsdamer Platz and forms the eastern end of the Sony Center. It has a total height of 103 metres and 26 floors. The building owes its striking appearance to its glass façade, which lights up widely at night.

A look, a step, a gesture, the lines of the city or any detail, completed by the look, creating a poetics in the movements that only exist in the encounter between bodies, photographer, place, people photographed and who sees the photo, and this can generate a power of presence, a static dance.
Stülerbau-West und Ost;
Heute wechselnde Ausstellungen.
