Sorry it’s been a couple of days! College has kept me pretty busy. One of my classes takes 5 hours, and that’s without including homework!
Anyway, here are the Gen 4 Pokémon starters. I quite like the designs of these guys and I think they’re some of the coolest starter Pokémon.
Torterra is easily the best grass starter and is based on an old Indian legend that the earth is actually on the shell of a giant turtle.
Infernape is based on Goku, so that automatically makes him awesome. And
Empoleon is based on an emperor penguin, an icebreaker ship, and Napoleon Bonaparte, so that’s really creative!
Well that’s all for now!

Narrow gauge railways generally have less strict safety regimes, though it's always good to have an extra pair of eyes on the lookout.
Thankfully the younger generation is happy to help out when it comes to trainspotting from a first class point of view.

With three different generations of AlCo's as motive power as well as two different states (NSW & SA), 8037, 4477 and 872 certainly make a ruckus leading 2SM7 Qube containerised cement from Minto to Vic Dock, under the Hume Highway at Yanderra.
Upon arrival at Junee the locos would be swapped out for a QBX and presumably return to service on the Harefield shuttle.
Probably some of the most popular starter Pokémon. I don’t like them all that much (probably in the minority here) but I think they’re much cooler than the Gen 6 starters. Anyway, L to R

Hope y’all like it! Tomorrow will be Gen 4 starters.

Fresh snow in Olympics.... My dad took these with the KX I gave to him last year. I don't think he was completely happy with the results of the roll, but I figure that's par for the course when you've not shot film on a manual camera for over 30 years and using a new-to-you emulsion. :) I hope he shoots some more because I thought these were fantastic and created this diptych with them. :)

As I took this shot I was thinking of a particular line from the song, My Generation, by The Who. I was a teenager when the song was first released, playing in a band and singing those lyrics with a passion. Unlike me, the song has never grown old; but times have changed and I'm no longer sure to which generation I belong.
