geek. Coz it's what i am. And it's the only thing i could think to take a picture of at the last minute. If i had a picture of what my schedule has been like this last week, i would have taken a pic of that. It's been crazy. And this morning included the 7am tech meeting, which meant getting up around 6:30 when my body just screamed at me not to get out of bed. I went to bed with my head spinning and my heart beating a lot harder than it probably should have... and i woke up the same way... seriously.. who needs drugs when you can get a strange feeling from being sleep deprived? Oh boy... my head has seriously been messed up all day... Part of it might be the uber tight ponytail my hair has been in all day.... yeah... definitely a contributing factor...
Anyway... even being so tired today, i went to Taco Bell with my friend Ashley from church after youth group got over... we met this kid that looked familiar to both of us. I don't know where i recognized him from, but he lives near where Ashley lives, which is how she recognized him. We had a pretty cool short conversation with him. Ashley told him that God really loves him, and he couldn't stop smiling the rest of the time we were there. It was awesome. I wish i could figure out how i know him from wherever it was i recognized him....

Almost done with the first texture base pack you get with the purchase (fitmesh one size object) .
My RL net company dumped me after just paying my bill then tried refusing me a refund, after much fuss they finally gave me my full refund back. (Btw americans do NOT go with Clear internet... 3yrs of loyal payments to them and they screw me over taking the tower away and never telling someone!)
So right now I'm on my parents internet while I finish this project up, I think I'm about done! I love love love how this is coming out and I couldn't be happier as a month of meshing this beauty out and I have worked so hard to every little detail!
I hope you guys like, there will be different HUDS available for the skirt, sweater, tie The shirt base color HUD will come with the base package to change into like rainbow o colors. I might eventually do striped versions of the shirt! Let me know what you think!

So I'm posting this shot to show how amazing my Sony camera is. Not only does it shoot 20-frames per second, but it can keep following a subject behind a tree. This is the 15-th shot after the eagle went behind the tree and yet the eye is still in focus. It's like cheating.

Guess who got Pacific Rim for Christmas! I kind of feel like a disgrace to the Geek name because I never saw it in theaters. I know, Shocking isn't it?
Like many fans of the film, I instantly fell in love with the Russian Jaeger, Cherno Alpha. It's just 2,412 Tons of pure badassery! So of coarse I had to build one.
This MOC is in Microfig scale and stands in at 2' 11" tall. It took roughly 70 hours to build. I didn't keep track of the part count, but if I were to wager a guess, i'd say it contains no-less than 5000 pieces.
We weren't the only weirdos out on New Years Day on a steep hill in Las Vegas lookin' west for the high water mark...
Of course all these people were all picked up by the mothership a few minutes later anyway...
