I go through so many notebooks with all the writing and drawing and other forms of scribbling I'm constantly doing.

 

Barnes & Noble was having a sale on notebooks today - I'm probably the only person in the Seattle Metropolitan Area who got so ridiculously excited about this.

 

Also, I bought some more Papermate Geforce pens.

I pretty much refuse to write with any other kind.

So several of you asked about the new computer, and I am happy to report it is doing all I hoped it would.

Dual 1TB Drives (2TB Capacity) - RAID 0

Also got two USB 3.0 ports

NEC Multisync PA241W Monitor (I use as both a monitor and a shrine to pray to in the morning)

 

Yes, I can be a geek, and I can love being a geek! So I rationalized the purchase because I felt that the speed at which I was able to do the type of processing I wanted to was driving me mad and holding me back, this image for instance, I just could not get that smooth mustard yellow on my other computer in anything less than what would seem like hours, with this baby I ripped right through the process. Now you may not like the smooth mustard yellow but that really isn't the point! :-)))

 

Oh and I also got CS5 and Lightroom 3, in short all systems are go, this baby is humming along and I am ready to get my processing on!!! Although I have my fingers crossed in the hopes there will be no major disaster.

 

Oh and after a short trip to the apple store my ipad is back and better than ever!! It is all good!!

I recently custom built a PC for a client, and while waiting for all the parts to show up so I could get started, I decided to try a product type shot of this graphics card.

 

This is a stack of around 60? images stacked with Zerene stacker and then final post production was done in Photoshop
