I decided to rework the Moonlight Blade, for I wasn't happy with the original design.
"As my mind began to succumb to despair, I glimpsed it- a faint sliver of light. It was a fleeting thing, yet I yearned for it. Driven by some ineffable desire, I pushed forward. The pain of the wind lashing at my skin, the cold burning away my nerves, vanished. It was then I was consumed by the brilliant blue and silver. I had found it- my savior- my guiding moonlight."
This was one of my first shots on a long exposure. Decided for 30 seconds @200 ISO. The backslash is electronic noise.
Better seen with a black background.
(thanx Prasangam for the suggestion!)

The Port and Starboard channel makers for the river Arun in West Sussex, That evening turned into a memorable sunset , I did not see the sun but the colours were quite amazing and gave me some great reflections on the still sea.
This was taken in Sydney Australia. I waited over 30 minutes for the storm to pass. Eventually the sun shine through. I hope you can feel the power of nature as I did when I saw this scenery. (I am really enjoying black & White)

Light Up The Sky
When I'm feeling all alone
There's so far to go
The signs are no where on this road
Guiding me home
When the night is closing in
It's falling on my skin
Oh God will you come close?
Light light light up the sky
You light up up the sky to show me
That you are with me
I I I can't deny
No I can't deny
That you are right here with me
You've opened my eyes
So I can see you all around me
Light light light up the sky
You light up the sky to show me
That you are with me
When stars are hiding the clouds
I don't feel them shining
When I can't see beyond my doubt
The silver lining
When I've almost reached the end
Like a flood you're rushing in
Your love is rushing in

***Special thanks to Frannz Morzo for lighting up the sky (Light Painting - lighting of the steel wool) thanks for a wonderful night with all my Road Runner friends, unforgettable moment & trip. A very awesome trip with you all.
Everytime I post a Milky Way shot, someone in my friends network ask how it looks to the naked eyes..Camera sensors are able to capture the colors in stars and galaxies while our eyes just see the white dots jotted all over the skies..of course after our eyes adapt to the night sky, sparkly blue, yellow, red and purple colored stars show up!
I visited this lighthouse with my friends on a repeat milky way shoot last night. So decided to do a different kind of processing that resembled close to our human vision and not the one from the eyes of the camera! Hope you like it..feedback most welcome...
