Yellow GTO, basically handheld in very low light. So soft it looks like a painting. This one has a bad driver's side front tire looks like it's delaminating. Otherwise, it looks pretty sweet. Albany CA, 2010.
In an effort to sell the car, the dealer installed the grilles from the Sport Appearance Package available over the counter from GM. They add a little more character than the stock grilles.
Looks like a driver, parked in a yard way back in the mountains of North Georgia. Now that I have fulfilled the dream of finding a vintage muscle car parked in a forgotten place back in the remote mountains, I am afraid to walk up to the door of the nearby home to ask about the car. We drove through two streams, over muddy roads only a four wheel drive can get through, past a camp ground where the campers walked out of their tents and stared at us while holding cups full of who knows what, made it past a group of three four wheel drive pickups with flat bottom boats in the beds traveling at forty mph and drifting on both sides of us to make it to this place. All I can think of is that the wrong person will answer my knock and I am going to wish I never got out of the vehicle we are in. I made the decision that I will just keep looking and pass by this chance of a lifetime. I wasn’t looking for a GTO anyway, who would want one of those when there has to be a SS454 Chevelle out there somewhere?
