Awesome GT-R in Newport from a while back. I love the clouds and backdrop as well as the car. It's too fast for its price. Somehow through editing, the clouds and everything that wasn't in focus seemed to animate itself, but I still liked it.
4/10 Very, very pleased to see this. Luckily I parked-up and got to it just before the owner drove off - I had a very brief chat and told him how nice it was, and he was happy for me to take a some photos.
the ford gt makes me use big letters for introducing it.
as a man you cannot get closer to the car without feeling the rising tension and your accelerated heartbeat.
the gt is the most macho car you can buy today.
and it´s very difficult to do a good shot of a complete gt - if you ever tried it you know what i mean ;)
And then a moment later, the driver got in and drove it away. It had a definite V8 sound. The body is either 1970 or 71 model year. I believe the raised hash marks under the GT emblem indicates 1970. Maybe a viewer would know with certainty.

With the exception of the Cooper, the Mini 1275 GT was no doubt the most sort after model. Being light and nippy they also prove exceptionally capable at hill climbs like the one at Harewood where this photo was taken last month. I have tried to give a sense of speed through the use of a little pan.
This lovely example dates back to September 1971 and reminds me of the first car I ever purchased a 1974 Austin Mini Clubman.

A stunning beach scene at sunset over a tranquil ocean. The sky is filled with dramatic clouds in vibrant hues of orange, pink and purple filling the sky and reflecting the warm colors of the setting sun on the sand. The ocean waves gently roll onto the sandy shore, with the water reflecting the vibrant hues of the sky. The scene conveys a sense of tranquility and natural beauty, with the horizon line where the sea meets the sky.

Wikipedia
I am extremely proud and excited to present my latest model for you guys today. I'm just so happy with how the 246 GT turned out! It's shorter in overall height than a minifig, but still seats a driver.
One of my personal favorite details about the original car is the "wraparound" rear windscreen, which curves seamlessly into the C pillars, which I did my best to emulate on this model. I also had a last minute idea on how to suggest the yellow Dino logo on the wheels by using these old yellow wheel holders + the Cars wheel hubs that have a hole straight through the center! A yellow bar gives a similar effect to the steering wheel.
Hope y'all enjoy! This one will probably make its way over to my Rebrickable shortly. I haven't been updating RB as much since my techniques have gotten pretty wacky and I feel less confident in suggesting people emulate them, but this is actually a really stable and playable model.
