CN train M337 is passing the old IC Depot in Genoa, IL., with the Grand Trunk Western Heritage unit in the lead. I wish all the CN Heritage units were EMD's. But im just glad they did any at all.

This Ford GT was on display at the McConnell Air Force Base Air Show/Open House here in Wichita in September of 2018. In 1966 the legendary Ford GT40 took the podium at LeMans. . .1-2-3. . .And then did so for the next three years. In 2016 Ford made history at LeMans by taking First, Third and Fourth on the 50th Anniversary of its podium sweep in 1966. A cool feature of this race in 2016 was a pre-race lap led by a 2017 Ford GT and followed by none other than the three Ford GT40's that swept the podium in the historic 1966 24 Hours of LeMans.

A Opel GT A/L at the Oldtimertreffen Bruchhausen-Vilsen.

This is a 1973 Opel GT, but with a heavily modified body. (and innards too, I assume)

Opel GT at the Norddeutsche Oldtimer-Show Stuhr-Brinkum.

Wiesmann GT MF4 at the Essen Motorshow.

What I presume to be CN's L546 grinds upgrade at Belleville, IL with the second of two moves necessary to get this heavy train of 55 loads and 21 empties into the KCS yard at East St. Louis. The "GT sandwich" consist is surpassed only by the fact a daylight appearance of a westbound local is almost unheard of.

This was a long day for the crew, called at 0800, who found this train tied down in Belleville instead of its more typical condition of cars already delivered to TRRA's Madison Yard and power tucked away in the Car Works yard. The crew would later put the train back together at KCS and turn north up the Illinois Transfer to complete said delivery to the Terminal.
