I decided to get started bending the sides for GS3. This will be a curly maple deal. I immediately screwed up! I spend more than an hour on Sat morning sanding the bandsaw marks out of the outside of the sides. Then when I bent the first side, I bent it with the sanded side on the INSIDE. Fool. So this is the second side, which I had to also bend inside out. These sides are quite thin and now I will need to sand them flat on the outside while bent. Oh well. Rookie mistake.
