Going thru my archived files I discovered some more Green Heron shots I thought I'd share with you

I took these shots back in 08-22-2018 taken using my Nikon D810 camera

Taken at the State Arboretum of Virginia.

Nothing sums up the joys of spring to me more than the unique green of the first Beech leaves as they unfurl! They often look more dramatic in the suns rays, but this cloudy shot somehow sums up their beauty more I think! How can such a hard shiny leaf start out so soft and delicate! Green gloves by the National is a great description!

I'm sick of snow. This is Sedum nudum found in Mexico. It's GREEN !!!!
