I barely caught this blurry photo of Sara shortly before downloading Adobe Photoshop Touch for my Android tablet. The photo had so much potential, I did my best to bring it fully to life.
A seated goddess, of the Daedalic style. Dated to about 630 BC.

Sky is known as a goddess of war, but that just speaks more to her beauty than her status. ln truth she is just a warlord, but to her "Goddess" sounds so much better. Having an army of only a few thousand she has taken on nations and won. Leaving behind a wave of destruction wherever she goes. No one really knows where she came from or how she is able to command an army of such fierce fighters since no one has ever seen her do much of anything. Though the rumor is that she killed everyone she fights. That is still a rumor since no one has ever witnessed what she is capable of. Her warriors know the truth since she has told each one of them personally "Either you live and fight for me, or you die for me". Something she sometimes has to prove at times. lt is also unknown what it is that she wants. All anyone seems to know is that she seems to just love the fighting and chaos.
"One of which, a beautifully carved figure of the Goddess of Mercy in a reclining attitude, called forth our special admiration, and considerable pains were taken to obtain a good photograph of this exquisite piece of work."
--P29, Chapter IV, Through Shen-Kan
When i first saw this 'Goddess' salad dressing at Trader Joe's I thought it said 'Godless.' I blame Ann Coulter. (It's great salad dressing, by the way. Tahini!)

We found this stunning piece of fallen oak branch on our Sunday morning walk in Queens wood hidden under a pile of leaves and rubbish. After many months of drying we started to carve the Goddess only to be over the moon with the Spalting with rang through it. It adds to the whole effect sadly we only had enough to carve one goddess. £12.99
What remains of a statue of the Goddess Nike, found within the site of the Library of Hadrian. The statue is over 3 metres in height and made out of a single piece of marble it depicts Nike (a symbol of victory) standing upon a globe as she holds something (thought to be a shield) above her head.
This ornament was created using polymer clay. This beautiful Goddess has a spiral carved into her belly which represents death and rebirth as movement into the disappearing-point of formlessness, and out of it again, to a new world of form.
The ornament is a gorgeous chocolate brown color with metallic blue highlights. It is strung on copper wire with assorted blue glass beads, a silver dragonfly bead, silver flower bead and two brown acrylic leaves.
You can hang this from your rear view mirror, on a wall, from a ceiling fan or wherever you choose. Measure 12 inches in length.
June 28, 2017 - "Known as "Shennv Xi" in Chinese, Goddess Stream flows from the southern bank of the Yangtze opposite Goddess Peak. Passengers board a smaller craft for a ride of about 15 kms. each way, to view the beauty of its narrow gorges. They will enjoy local folk songs and dances along the way. Once just a brook, the Three Gorges Dam raised the water level to 70-100 meters in depth, depending on the season. Surrounded by beautiful peaks, many protected species live here, including monkeys, mountain goats, deer and boar, as well as varieties of Chinese medicinal herbs. The area is also famous for its tea, named "Longevity Tea" or "Mountain Tea". Previous text from Victoria Cruises website.
