Colourful late autumn image of a tree clothed in leaves from lime green to rusty bronze, casting a subtle shadow on a bed of fallen leaves.
This lovely silver birch (the subject of some colour images recently) sits on the edge of a little glade allowing it to stand out from the background from a certain angle (crouched low in some brambles.....as always!). The light hitting the small twigs seemed to make it glow in infrared. The only problem is encroaching trees from either side making positioning tricky, so perhaps the clean look may not be possible with some years growth.
