On the hike to the Observation Point in the Zion National Park, you will pass this man-made rock overhang in the Echo Canyon. Depending on the light incident, the rocks glow in the indirect light (in late October, this was early afternoon).

The glow of the setting sun colored the clouds and reflected their beauty onto the Mediterranean Sea just off the coast of Sitges (20 miles or 32 km south of Barcelona). It also showcased an area of new development.
Longing is like the Seed
That wrestles in the Ground,
Believing if it intercede
It shall at length be found.
The Hour, and the Clime -
Each Circumstance unknown,
What Constancy must be achieved
Before it see the Sun!

While photographing wildlife at daybreak in the 10,000 Islands the White. pelicans began landing. I saw this reflection on the water from the mangroves and waited. This very considerate fellow came floating in to. Make this image.
Sometimes the beauty of Mother Nature just slaps you in the face. I was out before sunrise and watched the glow of the sun coming over the horizon when I saw this Great Egret catch a fish and take off. I followed it with my camera and saw the glow of the sunrise on the Egret, the grasses on the shore. and the reflection of the grasses on the water. Here it is.
Those days in November, a beautiful evening glow was hanging over the valley, offering a mystic view into the Black Forest. The left structure on the horizon is the radio and tv transmission station Langenbrand built in 1964 (173 m). The right structure is a wind power station built in 1999 (99 m). Both approximately 17 km away. The smaller hill on the far left represents the Haidach viewpoint in Pforzheim.

Night glow at the Balloon Festival in Winthrop Washington.
I made reservations months in advance in Winthrop for the annual balloon festival. Twenty balloons were ready to fly, but due to falling snow and the wind blowing in the wrong direction, they were grounded. On the evening of the second day, three balloons participated in the “night glow” downtown Winthrop. Notice that the baskets are sitting on the ground. That's because federal regulations do not allow balloons to fly at night.
Sunset
Death Valley, California
The wind was blowing so hard that evening that everything was fuzzy, but the sunset glow was lovely.
This is the moon that I shot to use in my previous photo. (www.flickr.com/photos/xlavius/30016158057/in/photostream/)
It is shot with a 300mm lens. 30 photos stacked to obtain superresolution.
