Two Himba girls stand outside a classroom at a village located in the Kunene region of Namibia.
Continuing their traditional lifestyles and customs is important to most Himba people. The women spend many hours creating and maintaining their elaborate hairstyles and skin protection. This, together with their natural beauty accentuated with unique jewellery, makes for a mesmerising sight.
