Chacun d’entre-nous n’est-il pas le fantôme de quelqu’un d’autre?
Des enfants m’appellent par mon prénom, là, tout à côté
Ils sont devenus mon horizon

Ghosts (redux)
They glide silently in the fog of time
Friends, lovers, occasional accomplices for a date, for a passion;
All fade, vanish, disappear
Hey, you. . . the silhouette there! Do you recognize me?
Traces of happiness, marks of pain,
Laughter and cries,
These are the ghostly shadows of our lives, evanescent, intangible, yet very real.
Each of us doesn't become somebody else's ghost?
Children call me by my first name, then, next
They become my horizon
And I live in their games, here and now.

Ghost Ranch is a 21,000-acre retreat and education center located close to the village of Abiquiú in Rio Arriba County in north central New Mexico, United States. It was the home and studio of Georgia O'Keeffe, as well as the subject of many of her paintings.

I was trying to take a photo of my current favourite thing, grass, but the wind kept blowing and blowing making it difficult to focus on anything. Still, made for some interesting 'ghost' grass and golden bokeh.

Even with people milling around, this ancient city had a ghostly vibe. So I set up with a wide angle and a 10s exposure -- and waited until a group passed by.
... I only waited for my car after the inspection. There was nobody at the reception - at least I didn't see anyone ;-)

I had originally started working on this as an entry for Daniel's previous Gothic challenge. But as you can see, it strayed rather far from gothic land. Works as a ghost though! LOL!
