A healthy state of mind is about challenging yourself, creating something that takes you out of your normal comfort zone. Something that initially feels awkward often has more longevity. We decided to bastardise two popular movements: Pop and Op art - in a disposable way. One uses optical illusions and geometric abstraction the other is characterized by themes drawn from popular culture. If our healthy side is about challenging the norm then our un-healthy side is our ever-increasing reliance on recreational and prescription drugs as well as our battle with mass consumption.
Future proofing design is near impossible but decent ideas are permanent.

This barcode scanner futureproofs your business, using advanced optics to scan any barcode you throw at it. This bar code scanner has the tools to keep any checkstand running smoothly. The 2D imager reads standard 1D and 2D barcodes from up to 10 inches away, and with a motion tolerance ideal for even high volume retail. An optional drivers license parsing model gives your employees the ability to format and transmit data from drivers licenses, speeding up and eliminating errors on credit or customer loyalty applications.
Though designed for relatively safe retail environments, it is built to survive the odd accident. The barcode scanner is built to withstand drops of five feet to concrete, and the IP50 seal keeps dust from causing malfunctions. You also get a three year warranty standard.

This scanner is a general purpose presentation scanner and delivers the blazing speed typical of laser scanners on both 1D and 2D barcodes, accommodating 2D barcodes without sacrificing scanning quality or performance. Users never need to take time to align the barcode with the scanner or pause between scans.
Since this scanner can scan barcodes printed on paper labels or on mobile phone displays, users can drive revenue by attracting the millions of customers who are using their cell phones to better manage their lives. Retailers can accommodate customers who download mobile coupons, mobile loyalty cards and more.
