Benjamin and Elizabeth decided to raid the box with all the swimming pool supplies and found their pool toys that squirt water.

They then grabbed a bucket, filled it with water from the rain water tank and pretended the roof was on fire as well as seeing how far they could squirt their little cannons with water.

It was a beautiful day yesterday with lots of strong breezes blowing in some wonderful warmer air that was rapidly melting the snow and ice on the ground. Just perfect for flying a kite. Which we did. We had it up soaring as far as our string would let us (which was pretty far).
