This is St. Pete Beach, FL, one of the many jewels of the Gulf coast of Florida. This was the wonderful sunset that we enjoyed on the beach. Sunsets like these are definitely like "valium for the restless soul." I moved to NC 2 yrs ago & I missed the Gulf coast terribly. Maybe one day I can move back, God willing.
I took the original image into Photoshop CS, used the plug-in ReDynaMix on it, then curves to tweak the image.
sometimes we take advantage of the fact that we're alive. We need to go out there & do something..anything. If you're sitting in your room bored, go outside & live! Run around in the rain, read a book, talk to your friends, or do what I did: run around with a hose & splash in the puddles lol. I felt like I was actually living :) it was better than sitting in my room bored all day. We're young, so enjoy life & live it up!
This is Mullet Beach in St. Maarten. It was my favorite beach. I sat on my butt for the week and just watched the world go by. Taking a few photo's, reading a few books and sipping a few margarita's was also on my schedule.
St. Maarten is my new favorite place. I'll share it with you as the week goes by.
