73967 makes its booked stop at Carnoustie whilst working 1B16 21.43 Aberdeen to Edinburgh portion of the southbound Caledonian Sleeper.

Loading to 4 vehicles during the summer months, when demand on the Fort William portion is higher, the omission of the lounge car on this occasion meant a light load of 3 only.

Muddy and wet

I wanted to practice with my off camera flash today and luckily my daughter was up for some hair flicking fun :-) One black sheet from asda and several hair flicks later and this was the result. SOOOO much fun :-) Now to clean the bathroom lol :-)

Another big image I got to do at the Rockland blues festival

I really like this doll. You can get her in so many variations: white eye shadows, violet eye shadows, saran hair, kanekalon hair, withe hair, darker hair. This one was made in China, she has saran hair ( so much darker than my others fun to dress), and very light violet eye shadows (almost white).

Despite the thin crowd, we all had a blast.

Just a random child on the beach, he was so cute playing in the water

... summer, sun & havin' fun! :-)

Remember this little lady , Lucy dressed in her retro second world war uniform . With ANZAC Day fast approaching I have unearthed another series of shots of her which I hadn't uploaded before as I thought the exposures were not good enough but with a little extra processing they just might pass . I know Lucy had a certain following before so those of you won't be disappointed with these images … more to be released with this years Anzac Day shots .

People having fun on the Dim River

The Dim River flows from the highlands in Konya about 200 kilometres southwards before it meets the Mediterranean Sea east of Alanya. The river played an important role in the economical development of Alanya in the forties when many banana fields where established, as it was with water from the Dim River that the fields were irrigated.

Even today when farming and banana growing is no longer the main industry in Alanya, the river is still important for the town. Many restaurants are to be found along the riverside and they are almost situated in the river. In the summertime when the water level is low the tables are placed in the water and thus it is possible to cool your feet in the chilly water while eating. Every restaurant at Dim River breeds trout which are served freshly caught.

Especially in the very warm summer months, when the temperature reaches 40 degrees the river with its many pleasant cheerful restaurants is a popular place – not only for tourists but also for the locals who do not like to sunbathe at the beach.

The surfers’ beach is two miles east of the Village on the ocean with parking by permit only at the two small parking areas. This popular ocean beach has beautiful cliffs rising at its western end. Come here to surf or watch the surfer.

Being outside is fun and being girly is fun as well. Together that adds up to double fun for me.
