In the spirit of Simon's wonderful FrogPods, I decided to put together something fun and small to give away at BrickCon, as I am now officially going and all that jazz.
If you can find me, you might be able to score a BlackTron I microshuttle, or maybe even the NCS microshuttle. Or not, who knows.
Everyone has been having fun at Moyo so I just had to join in.

Back at 2015' I took the decision to change many lives not just mine,
Started by packing up my stuff and saying goodbye,
Yes, it's my moment to man up and clear my mind,
A long life in front of me, not worrying about many things around,
My family, friends, and all my loved ones in my life,
Hope they keep their heart clean, covered with that lovely smile,
Many hours went by, but now it's time to leave,
Believe me, I had many hard times in my life, but this pain is way out of my league,
Your whole body, your whole weight, at that moment just feels like a single leaf.
Taking last steps to say goodbye to your mom,
Hugging her out and trying your best to stay calm,
But you couldn't handle yourself and started to cry out loud,
Please tell me this is not true, please tell me this is just a lie,
Didn't want to break the hug, didn't want to leave or fly,
Father told me everything will be alright,
And the next day the sun will rise up high and shine bright,
On the long way to the airport, I had that song on repeat.
No one was on the road, and the darkness was covering the street,
Arrived the airport and I still couldn't believe,
That one day I will say goodbye or the fact that I am just going to leave,
Moments later, it was time to head to the plane,
I knew It was coming; I knew the pain will come again,
Said goodbye to everyone, and flipped my body towards the gate,
My brain couldn't handle it, and my blood was rushing through my veins,
I stopped for a moment when I saw the plane,
My father called me and said stay safe and we will see you again,
His voice was cracking up, and he was trying his best to hold his tears,
Oh god, I thought this is easy, but It way complicated than it appears,
Yes it's difficult, and yes I will face fears,
But I at the end of the day and the end of the year,
I am still standing here, writing and facing everyone with a big cheer.

This one was taken at the prater in Vienna. It shows some seats of the tallest wave swinger in the world.

An old shot I took with my former Fuji XE-2 (I sold it for the Sony A7R2).
Processing : I worked on this shot to test my new skills to see what result I could do to approach a cartoon style picture. The quality is bad (high ISO here) but I am quite ahppy with the result.

Eyes work, Doge & Burn, Color search, VSCO Agfa 800+tweaks, vignettes, grain.
If I was a birder, I could tell you what kind of bird this is. (A yellow-throated vireo, maybe?) (Nope. A birder tells me it's a female American goldfinch.) But I’m a photographer, not a birder. Even better, I’m an amateur photographer. And I don’t think I stress that enough these days (nor the hobby at large).
Taking pictures is fun. Pictures of anything. Pictures for any reason. For me, it’s an excuse to get outside (even when it’s icy). For you, it could be because you like to stay indoors. I don’t like playing around with my pictures on a computer. For you, it might be your favorite part of photography. And that’s great. Whatever brings you joy.
Just know that you don’t have to listen to the Sirens’ call of being a “pro”. You don’t have to buy the latest-greatest equipment. (I buy mine from Nikon, refurbished.) You can take great pictures with your phone. Mostly, it’s just a matter of experimenting until you find what you like. Birds, still-lifes, people, wildlife, rodeo, kite-flying, street photography or anything you can imagine. You don’t have to make money at it. You can just have fun.
I found out a long time ago that I love the hobby of photography. And the worst thing I ever did (photography-wise) was to let somebody talk me into trying to make money at it. A joy became a job. A job that didn’t pay much. Go out and have fun with your photography.
