l'n this backdrop the student community is pretty much aware that who are afraid ofLyngdoh and for what reason? It's the .
habitual offenders and lumpens of AISA and their brethren in other organizations, whose bread and butter is dependent upon their rowdy abilities during political seasons, are those who are hysterical of the Lyngdoh Committee Recommendations. Certainly their ageing fast ageing process is also a big factor behind their Lyngdoh-phobia. .
Thus no wonder the full timer activists of AI SA-SF I are using their years of training of manipulation and demagogy to save their existence. Lyngdoh is certainly an existential crisis for these professional politikers whereby they are trying to mislead the student community in the name of XYZ. .
It is therefore pertinent that the fact of the matter w.r.t the modus operandi of JNUSU elections must be laid out in all its aspect. Most importantly the student community has the right to know about the recommendations of Lyngdoh Committee in the backdrop of latest Supreme Court Judgment, dated 81h Dec. 2012, whereby the process of conduct of JNUSU election began. It is in this backdrop that one has to understand th~ very illegality of the self-appointed JNUSU Election .
Committee as follows: .
i. Firstly, in the post-Lyngdoh context, the appointement of E.C has to be initiated by University Administration tar.ing the .
consent of all the sections of student community rather than by the student community itself wherein there are contentious and contradictory opinions. .

Secondly, the claim Lhat the E.C has been chosen by the GBMs of various schools is unfair, frauduJent, misleading and illegal. This is due to following 2 factors: .

The process of electing E.C for JNUSU elections through GBMs is the part of old JNUSU constitution that has no legal sanctity in the post-Lyngdoh scenario. In fact Lyngdoh aims tv change the very context to ~cessive and unwanted hooliganism by the professional potrtikers to ensure that even peace loving students en also come on an equal footing. .

Thus, Lyngdoh is a level playing field that empowers all the students, albeit at the cost of these parasitic hegemon. .
B. Most importantly, the illegality and fraudulence of the very basis of self-appointed JNUSU E.C being School GBMs, becomes clear by the fact that "the possibility of holding JNUSU elections has come into effect only after the Hon'ble Supreme Court·s order, dated. 8th Dec.2012, that permitted the commencement of JNUSU elections by grarting just 3 relaxations as outlined in rts order leaving other LCRs intact. Thus any process concerning the holding of JNUSU elections has to be initiated only after the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court, i.e~ after 8th December 2011 . Ttus-te§al -fact certainty applies to the process of constitution of Election Committee for JNUSU elections. In other words the process of constitution of JNUSU E.C cannot be started retrospP.ctively, i.e. even before the judgment of S.C. Doing so would mean that your administration has no regard for Hon'ble Supreme Court orders. .
Thus, the claim of certain student organizations and JNU administration that the constitution of E.C is as per the mandate of School GBMs are illegal as the GBMs that were conducted before the S.C order (8th Dec.2011) can never become a basis for the constitution of Election Committee that has to supervise the JNUSU election that was possible only after the .
S.C order. .
Therefore, YFES demands that JNUSU election be held at the earliest in full accordance with beth, the LCRs and Supreme Court order, dated 8 ih Dec.2011 . Any attempt to violate the sanctity of LCRs and apex court will not be tolerated by YFE students . .
