I took this photograph at my church, with daylight flooding in through the windows behind me but diffused by blinds. I thought it made excellent, even, and flattering (if undistinguished) lighting for a candid portrait of the subject, a friend of mine. Although I think this is a successful portrait with good, even lighting, I wish I had used a bit wider focal length, as I think I may have had to crop a bit too close.

The photograph has been edited; I desaturated a bit of the background and removed some distracting background elements, leveled, and used ACR to dehaze and texture.
