Convertible platform B&P Liberator hand trucks can be used aboard the HTS-10T Ultra-Rack providing that no solid decks attached to the hand truck frame. To comply with DOT safety regulations the driver must be able to to through and around material handling equipment or truck accessory that rises above the vehicle hoodline. Solid deck hand truck accessories are not permited on hand truck models secured aboard the HTS-10T Ultra-Rack unit, because they can restrict the driver's visibility and reduce air flow to engine components.
