Before we got to Hadrian's Wall we actually stopped off at Gretna Green for a very fleeting visit.
And it was fleeting as it was bitterly cold and like many of these places now, they are commercialised to within an inch of their lives.
I actually found more interesting the three Aberdeen Angus Longhorns in the field next to the carpark.
Baby Bull made me giggle like mad with him checking himself out and then gave me a look as if to say "whaaaaaaaaaat"!!! As you can see from the additional photos I have put in the comments section, Mummy checked me out too.
With those horns, I wasn't going to do my Dr. Doolittle act and have a deep and meaningful conversation with them!!!!!
It was this visit to the Dyrepark at Jægersborg that made me realise how antlers make good camouflage when there are lots of fallen tree branches.

I went for a short trip to Dharmsala ..the experience was amazing ..its second time I went there ..first time it was a family trip ..so didn't get much opportunity to click my pictures to my heart content .. this time it was better .. food , photography and wine ..it was fabulous ..even though reaching there was kind of pain for me ..i am not comfortable in bus .. but we had to take a bus from Delhi to Mcleodgunj ..and I puked almost 7/8 times ..:( but the place was worth the pain ..its so peaceful and friendly and beautiful ..words are not enough to describe the feeling ..
now coming to this particular picture ..she was selling handicrafts ..she was so cute i had to click her :P ..it was raining ...but i took out my camera and clicked ..guess I can always fix the camera..
PS: it's almost SOOC ..i generally don't do that ..so thought would mention :P

A lovely morning but very cold, especially in the wind. The temperature had only risen to -3.5 centigrade when I went back home.
There was much activity at the museum (behind the flag) this day, because it was what the locals call the "Culture Night" and lots of people were about sampling all sorts of elements of city life….

Monschau - Nature
The popular historical town center has many preserved half-timbered houses and narrow streets have remained nearly unchanged since the 18th century. Very touristy in the high season but outside of this busy period you can still explore the beauty of this beautiful town.

The Meteorological winter only brought early flowers. Moist froze on my car windows, just like fresh branches and flowers of the next season to come.
